Package Your Items
Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Confectionery House
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
