How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy for home decor items?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Confectionery House ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.

Are your kitchenware products dishwasher safe?

Most of our ceramic and glass products are dishwasher safe; however, we recommend hand-washing any items with gold leafing or delicate wooden accents to preserve their finish.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital wallets like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, our team has likely begun the fulfillment process, and the order will need to be processed as a return.
