Lorann flavoring oils are generally 3-4 times stronger than extracts since extracts are diluted by significant amounts of alcohol and/or water. These professional flavorings add nothing but great taste and aroma and can be used for a variety of flavoring applications - including hard candy, frostings, fudges, cookies, chocolates and more.
- 1 dram = about 1 teaspoon.
- Kosher certified.
- Gluten-free.
- Water soluble.
Can be used in melted chocolate and candy coatings. Recommended amount to use is around 1/4 teaspoon to 1/2 teaspoon per pound of melted chocolate or candy coatings.
Flavoring may cause some thickening of chocolate and candy coatings. If thickening occurs, add about a teaspoon of paramount crystals per pound of melted chocolate to thin/smooth.
