Diamond Dust (formerly sparkle dust) contain only ingredients that are NON-TOXIC and are ideal for use with gum paste or rolled fondant. These dusts are not a food product and should not be considered as such. Intended for use in the dry form, any of the powders may also be mixed with oil-based flavorings or alcohol for painting and highlighting. Sparkle dusts give gum paste flowers a wet or dewy look, with just a touch of color.
Contains two or more of the following: Titanium dioxide, iron oxide, carmine, mica. Not water soluble. Although the color picture shown is as close as possible to color achieved with this dust, there may be a slight difference as computer monitors may vary.
Star Dusts give gumpaste flowers a wet or dewy look, with just a touch of color.
May also be used on fondant
